Bookedly may process account details, tutor profile information, student records, group class records, service packages, package purchases, booking requests, confirmed lessons, availability slots, credit changes, cancellation reasons, and basic activity logs.

Information we intentionally avoid

The current product is not designed to store sensitive teaching notes, lesson recordings, medical details, private learning documents, or other sensitive student material. Customers should avoid entering information that is not needed to manage students, lessons, scheduling, payments, or balances.
