These Terms of Service describe the expected use of Bookedly, a software product that helps solo tutors manage the admin around bookings, students, group classes, payment records, package purchases, and lesson balances.

Use of the service

Customers are responsible for using Bookedly lawfully, keeping account access secure, and entering accurate information for their tutor account, students, group classes, service packages, package purchases, availability, bookings, cancellations, and reschedules.

Customer responsibilities

• Do not upload sensitive student material that is not required for scheduling or lesson-package administration.
• Keep students and parents informed about package terms, cancellation rules, and credit use.
• Make sure you have permission to manage the relevant student and parent booking information.

Product changes

Bookedly may improve, modify, or remove features as the product evolves. The goal is to make tutoring admin clearer while preserving reliable package, booking, and credit records.

Payments and lesson packages

Customers are responsible for the commercial terms they offer to students and parents. Current package payment records are entered manually by the customer. Payment checkout and webhook verification are planned product capabilities and should be configured carefully when enabled.
