Keep the useful basics

The product focuses on students, group classes, your tutor account, service packages, package purchases, manual payment status, booking requests, confirmed lessons, availability, balance changes, cancellation reasons, and simple activity history.

Avoid private teaching notes

Bookedly is not meant for lesson recordings, private learning notes, medical details, or sensitive documents. Keep the product focused on scheduling, group classes, package purchases, and balance admin.

Explain balance changes

If a student or parent asks what changed, you should be able to see the booking, confirmation, cancellation, reschedule, payment record, or balance change behind it instead of searching through old messages.

Growing carefully

As Bookedly develops, the plan is to add stronger invitations, student booking from tutor availability, availability exclusions, payment checkout, and helpful reminders without making the product feel heavy.
