Bookedly
About
Focus on teaching. Bookedly keeps the rest of your tutoring admin in one calm workspace: private lessons, group classes, bookings, students, payment records, reschedules, cancellations, and class history.
The problem
A student asks for Tuesday. A small group needs a new time. A parent asks what is left. Payment came through by bank transfer, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, cash, or another method. Somewhere there is a chat thread, a calendar entry, a spreadsheet, and a memory you are not fully sure about.
The idea
The idea is simple: keep the work around lessons connected. Bookedly brings students, open availability, private lessons, group classes, booking requests, reschedules, cancellations, package purchases, manual payment records, remaining balances, and change history into one place.
Who it is for
Bookedly is for solo private tutors: language tutors, exam-prep coaches, music tutors, and subject specialists who teach one-to-one lessons, group classes, recurring lessons, or prepaid packs to their own students.
What it is not yet
Bookedly does not claim live payment checkout, automatic student self-booking, availability exclusions, or full parent self-service today. Those can come later. The current product is the tutor workspace for keeping bookings, groups, students, payment records, and balances organized.
How deep it goes with money
Bookedly handles money context far enough to keep teaching records clear: package price, amount paid, payment status, and payment method. It is not trying to replace accounting software, tax tools, payroll, or a full invoicing system.
